ALPAR Conference

Our managing director, Emerson De Luca, attended the ALPAR annual conference in Bogota, Colombia which took place between 5th -8th April. ALPAR is the Latin American Association of Funeral Operatives and Cemeteries, and this meeting had the presence of International Federation of Thanatologists Associations - FIAT IFTA. Their board of Directors, also held its annual meeting during the conference.
The conference very well attended and had the presence of many countries and showing how ALPAR is well established in Latin America
After the conference in Bogota, as part of the programme, a Conference on International Repatriation was held in Medellin on the 9th April. Several specialists in the field, including our managing director Emerson De Luca were the key speakers.
Once again, the conference was well attended and raised many important issues which will continue to be discussed at the FIAT IFAT conference in Dublin next year.
